Mike Richardson, Sales & Installation Manager - Mike was a professional home builder until the great recession began in 2008. His background prior to home building was in management of home improvement stores around the US. Mike has received the AAMA installation certification, the Andersen service/repair/installation certificate, and been certified by the EPA for lead-paint safe practices in homes built prior to 1978. With his skills in construction management and trades from framing to foundations, he is a tremendous asset to our team. Mike is pursuing his BS from Georgia State while working full time with SCARDINO DOORS. |

Jean-Luc is a respected accounting professional with over 10 years of experience. He coordinates customer scheduling and account matters with our installation teams. He prepares the company's financial statements in conjunction with our outside CPA firm. Jean-Luc is also a co-founder of Armand Edward Financial LLC and serves as the West Coast Managing Partner. The firm serves high net worth individuals such as professional athletes, musicians and executives. Jean-Luc is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BA in Finance and an MBA in Personal Financial planning. He holds the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP). |

Our Owner
Tom Scardino founded SCARDINO DOORS in 2007 to bring integrity, competitive prices, and professionalism to an otherwise fragmented regional market for custom doors and windows.
Tom grew up in Savannah, and decided at the ripe age of 14 to venture off to high school in Lawrenceville, NJ. He attended Duke University for two years then, pursuing an interest in management, completed his BA at NYU in New York, followed by an MBA at Emory.
After twenty years as a media executive at USA Today, LA Times, Haas Publishing and Homes & Land Publishing Co., Tom started New World Media, Inc. - a media and marketing consulting practice still active today.
In 2005, he helped start up a national door installation business serving 300 Home Depot stores, which led to SCARDINO DOORS soon after.
