For remodeling, you'll likely need a custom-made door. The price, higher than a stock door, depends on a wide range of factors: size, type (wrought iron or hardwood), top style, scroll pattern, glass selection, and interior trim around your current door. Also, if rot is present in the sub-floor or framing, this will need to be addressed and priced accordingly.

For window replacement or new construction, there are an overwhelming array of options and prices. One of the best ways to begin is to consider "The Six Steps" here, then call us:

    1. Select your door & window types (hinged, gliding, casement, double hung, etc.)
    2. Choose your glass (low-e, patterned, frosted, etc.)
    3. Choose your interior and exterior paint or stain colors (most exteriors are no-paint needed)
    4. Style with grilles (patterns, thickness, # of lights (panes))
    5. Choose your hardware. On doors this is esp. important since you'll use it often.
    6. Enhance with accessories (leaded glass, screens, etc.)
